BioJ. B. Whelan is a 38 year old writer living in New York City. He is married, has four cats, and is expecting his first child later this year. He began Thorn Tree In the Garden as a way to revive his writing, which he felt was stagnating, and because the story was the first to excite him in quite some time. In spite of illness, car accidents, internet outages, and a wedding, he has managed to keep writing. Keep on him so he'll finish it, okay?
